This is the last year we will get to see the Daffodill Parade so Neeley and I found ourselves a spot on the sunny side of the street and had such a good time with our kids. I especially liked it when someone passed out free 2010 Census hats and our children wore them proudly even if they were way to big. Have you filled out your Census form?

Thank you for posting "Memory Lane" for me - both you and Liz are stirring up some very choice memories of the past and I am so content to live them vicariously through you. I LOVE you. I am always amazed how impending changes makes me appreciate the things I'd taken for granted that much more special and treasured - may the final days in Washington be jammed pack of "special" and "treasured!!"
